Return and Cancellation Policy

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to cancel orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days without providing any reason.

The item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will inform you by email whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@vibeson29th.com.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), have received the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), within 14 days of receiving your notification.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof of return shipment—whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
